Since Hivac establishment on November 8, 1994, Its has gone through more than twenty years of spring and autumn, and steadily entered the third decade of development, as one of the companies that insist on continuous technological innovation and development in Shenzhen. 1996, when Shenzhen High-tech Park and its surrounding area was still a piece of yellow soil, we had the honor to be an enterprise stationed in the park, and in June of the following year was recognized as "Shenzhen High-tech Enterprise". In 2001, the company was restructured into a joint-stock company, and moved to Hivac Technology Building in Gaoxin North District in 2004, and in 2015, the completion of Hivac Building in Gaoxin South District, and in 2017, the company was officially restructured into Shenzhen Hivac Technology Group Co.,LTD.

In 1995, the company developed a large continuous ITO conductive glass coating production line, which broke the monopoly of foreign companies; then it organized and completed the design and manufacture of a medium-frequency, reaction magnetron sputtering SiO2 film and ITO film in-line production line, which filled the gap of this technology in China. In 2005, the company introduced a large flexible coating production equipment from the United States to develop soft ITO film and optical multilayer film, and a number of scientific and technological achievements have filled the gaps in the field of high-end PET film in China.

In the past 30 years, Hivac has been adhering to the enterprise spirit of "innovation, diligence, dedication, and commitment", and has experienced storms and hardships, and climbed to the top.
