Hivac Technology Group was established in Nov. 1994 as the first national high-tech enterprise to enter and stationed in the Shenzhen High-tech Industrial Park. It is China's earliest large-scale manufacturer of vacuum photoelectric complete equipment, one of the largest suppliers of photoelectric thin film information materials and flat panel display materials, as well as the provider of the most promising semiconductor green energy-saving new materials and the fastest developing new commercial display products and services in China.

The group has 25 subsidiary companies and has developed into a diversified national-level high-tech industrial group integrating research and development, manufacturing, and industrial services and investment. It has established four major platforms, including the Shenzhen Flat Panel Industry Association, the Guangdong Semiconductor Industry Association, the Canada Confederation of Shenzhen Association, and the SCI Innovation Center, to provide industrial services and promote industry development. It has also initiated and established the New Vision and other industry investment funds to provide investment assistance to upstream and downstream enterprises in the industry chain.

Over the past 30 years, Hivac has always focused on the semiconductor display industry and has pushed the development of the photoelectric display industry, with an annual output value of tens of billions of yuan, by relying on four major innovations: "technological innovation, product innovation, platform innovation, and international innovation".It has been recognized by the government and all walks of life, and then national leaders such as Zou Jiahua, Tian Jiyun, Li Lanqing, Jia Qinglin and Zhang Gaoli have visited Hivac for investigation and guidance, giving great care and support.
